There is no free trial, no freemium tier, and no credit card required. We make money on professional services, not software licenses.
The setup package covers professional configuration of all modules you plan to use, full data migration from your existing systems or spreadsheets, custom workflow and automation setup, and structured team onboarding for up to 20 users. A 30-day hypercare support period after go-live is also included. The fee is scoped to your specific requirements — contact us for a quote tailored to your business.
The platform fee is optional and only relevant if you need dedicated infrastructure (your own isolated environment), a custom domain with branded login, priority support with a defined SLA, or advanced third-party integrations beyond the standard stack. If you're comfortable with the shared environment and community support, you'll never need to pay a platform fee.
Managed Ad Operations means a dedicated OMRI MEDIA AdOps team takes full ownership of your programmatic advertising. This includes campaign strategy and planning, creative trafficking and management, real-time optimization across DSP, SSP, and Ad Exchange, detailed performance reporting, and bi-weekly strategy calls with your assigned team.
